Anybody compared the Mini Monitor v7 to the v6? I am looking at the Mini Monitors. The v7 surely looks better, more elegant. Sound-wise a tie? Is the v7 more refined than the v6? It would be disconcerting if the sonic differences between the two series are negligible.

I got a chance to listen to series 7 in the store yesterday and they did sound warmer and deeper than the previous version. Now the main question I have is should I get the smallest size tower (monitor 7) or bigger bookshelf (mini monitor). After paying the restocking and price difference they both will cost almost the same.
